We are an E-commerce store that ships our products worldwide. Our headquarters is located in Toronto, Canada. We have over 30 warehouses worldwide to ensure the quickest shipping times.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses all over the world (whichever warehouse is closest to your location, we will ship from). We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure the highest quality of products and the quickest delivery times.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship our packages worldwide with free worldwide shipping. Shipping time varies based on where you are located.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Processing your order takes about 1-3 business days. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We work with more than 30 shipping companies worldwide including large companies like DHL, UPS, and FEDEX to ensure the quickest and safest delivery. 

It takes around 2-10 business days to be delivered depending on your location (Not including weekends, holidays, and unexpected delays due to couriers)

Shipping times are approximate and is dependent on your location and your postal office. Once the packages reaches your country, your local postal office is responsible for delivering your package. If you have any issues with your shipment after your package reaches your country, please contact your local postal office for inquiries.

We offer a 100% return policy and your money-back guaranteed if the product does not meet your expectations or is damaged upon arrival within 30 days of purchase. For any issues with your product, please contact us at info@b-ok.ca for a full refund. You even get to keep the product(s).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking link to your email once your order is shipped out. Your tracking will start showing information once it gets scanned by our shipping company. Please wait 2-4 days for it to show information. If you still do not see it within 2-4 business days, please check your Spam or Junk email folder. You can also track your order on our "Order Tracking" page
